CheckNexa

Platform

The AI operations layer between risk alerts and human decisions.

CheckNexa sits between the systems that raise alerts and the people who resolve them, turning a flagged transaction into a documented case before an analyst opens it.

Architecture

Where CheckNexa sits.

A layer, not a replacement. Your detection stays yours; your analysts stay in charge.

Existing systems

What you already run

  • Fraud detection
  • Payment processor
  • Core banking
  • Case management

CheckNexa

The operations layer

  • Workflow engine
  • Voice agent
  • Structured intelligence
  • Case preparation

Risk team

Where decisions are made

  • Fraud analyst
  • Investigator
  • Supervisor

Capabilities

What the layer actually does.

Integrations

CheckNexa receives cases from the systems you already run, and returns a documented case when intake is complete. It does not replace your detection engine or your case management system.

Workflow engine

Approved questions, answer types and branching live in the database. Administrators control them; the agent executes them and can do nothing else.

AI agents

CheckNexa Voice conducts the verification interview today. The agent layer is designed so further agents can be added without changing how cases are governed.

Case intelligence

Conversations become structured answers with confidence scores, plus a narrative summary kept separate from the transcript that produced it.

Human review

Every case terminates at a person. There is no configuration in which CheckNexa closes a case, declines a transaction or freezes an account on its own.

Auditability

Transcripts and audit entries are append-only at the database level — updates and deletes are rejected, including from privileged service credentials.
