These are not yet reviewed contractual terms. Commercial terms for a CheckNexa deployment are agreed per institution and drafted by counsel. What follows describes the demonstration only.
What this deployment is
A demonstration of CheckNexa's customer verification workflow, running entirely on synthetic cases. It is not approved for real cardholder data, and no real customer is ever contacted — calls are simulated locally.
What the product does not do
CheckNexa assists human fraud teams with intake. It does not make fraud determinations, does not score or classify transactions, and takes no action on any account — there is no function in the product that declines a transaction, reverses a payment, freezes an account or cancels a card.
Acceptable use of the demo
Please do not enter real customer data, cardholder data or credentials into the demonstration. Accounts may be reset without notice.
