Privacy
This is not yet a reviewed privacy policy. CheckNexa is a demonstration deployment running on synthetic data. The page below describes what the system actually does today. A binding policy must be drafted and reviewed by counsel before any real customer data is processed.
What the demonstration collects
The public site collects only what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, company, job title, company type, an optional case-volume band, and an optional message. It is stored so we can reply to you, and it is not sold or shared with advertisers.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in sets a session cookie, which is required for the console to work.
What the product stores
In the operations console, all case data is synthetic and created for demonstration. The schema deliberately cannot store a full card number, CVV, PIN or password — those columns do not exist. Only the last four digits of a card are retained.
Call transcripts and audit entries are append-only: once written they cannot be edited or deleted, including by the application's own service credentials.
Before production use
A production deployment requires institution-specific security, privacy, regulatory and compliance review — including a data retention and erasure policy, call-recording consent appropriate to each jurisdiction, and field-level encryption for customer data.
